Owners who become members of the Body Corporate are entitled to receive copies of Body Corporate records. The Management Rules set out what records must be kept by the Trustees and who is entitled to receive copies. The Management Rules also set out a time period within which these records must be provided to owners who request it.

In July 2022, I requested certain information for various reasons including suspected irregularities. None was provided.
In March 2024, I requested much the same information and some additional information relating to the AGM minutes. I have also requested a copy of the Rules. 28 days later, I have still not received any of the information requested.

I am going to taker this matter further. I am prepared to BCC any owner on this group in my correspondence. You will be free to cut and paste your own written request from my letter if you wish. This is not to further my own matter with your support but to make sure that all owners have the information they need to ensure that PLE is managed properly and lawfully and have the facts relating to their rights to this information.
